Prague Gate is a successful commercial complex developed by MAYFIELD. As soon as the project was completed in 2002 the entire office space in Prague Gate was leased to a single tenant, Česká pojišťovna. Now, after six years, as Česká pojišťovna has decided to move into its own facilities, the Prague Gate building is once again ready to welcome new tenants.
Prague Gate consists of 11 floors and offers almost 13,000 sq. meters of Category A office space. The average rentable area on each floor is 1,190 sq. meters. A large showroom, restaurant and a further 513 square meters of office space are located on the ground-floor.
